Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, video, audio) based on established client guidelines and policies.
- Accurately identify and escalate content that violates policies, including but not limited to hate speech, violence, harassment, and illegal activities.
- Apply critical thinking and judgment to complex moderation scenarios, ensuring consistent and fair decision-making.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to clarify guidelines and improve moderation processes.
- Provide constructive feedback and insights to improve tools and policies.
- Stay updated on evolving content trends, platform changes, and policy updates.
- Protect user privacy and confidentiality in all interactions and content reviews. Required Skills
