Your impact: Develop and manage content plans based on SEO analytics, audience needs, and market trends. Plan and oversee the creation of new content as well as regular updates of existing articles. Review, fact-check, and refine content to ensure consistency with the brand’s Tone of Voice and Google’s E-E-A-T standards. Optimize content structure, metadata, internal linking, and on-page SEO elements based on search intent and LSI principles. Analyze content performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversions, and identify growth opportunities. Manage remote writers and freelancers: sourcing, onboarding, assigning tasks, managing deadlines, and providing constructive feedback. Ensure high-quality standards across all stages of the content production process. About you: 2+ years of experience as a Content Manager in IT/Product companies. Hands-on experience managing remote writers or freelance teams. Advanced or strong Upper-Intermediate (B2) English with excellent proofreading and editing skills. Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with tools such as Ahrefs and Semrush. Experience working with Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and process management skills. Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines. Nice to have: Experience in Health & Fitness or other YMYL industries. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to optimize content workflows.
