Consultant Sr Lead, Professional Services
JOB DESCRIPTION TITLE: Consultant Sr Lead, Professional Services - Prof Services LOCATION: India EXPERIENCE: 6-10 years ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a 6-10 years experienced Consulting professional to join our Treasury and Risk - Risk practice. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage client engagements for the Prophet Data Management Platform, acting as the primary contact for project delivery and consulting activities.
- Design and facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and align stakeholders on solution strategies.
- Configure and implement the Prophet solution (with the IDR) ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients, enabling effective adoption of data management solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities and Python-based automation into client environments.
- Document business processes and maintain project records to ensure transparent governance and knowledge sharing.
DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE (REQUIRED)
- Comprehensive knowledge of data management principles.
- Proficiency in designing and maintaining data architectures and pipelines using the Prophet platform and other data management solutions.
- Experience implementing and optimizing enterprise-level data management systems for insurance and financial services clients.Life Insurance regulatory framework -
Product implementation experience in insurance risk management products e.g. Moody’s AXIS, Milliman Integrate, or WTW RiskAgility, etc. REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong data modelling and business analysis capabilities
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Senior-level proficiency in Python programming
- Experience integrating AI solutions in enterprise environments
- Ability to lead teams and mentor junior professionals
- Data Management skills
o Data Modeling o BI Reports and Dashboards
- Technology skills (Microsoft Active Directory, AWS, PowerShell, XML)
- Excellent MSSQL Server knowhow
- Insurance knowledge (actuarial/accounting) is a plus.

- Experience in Prophet solution implementations including the Insurance Data Repository (IDR)
- Experience working on international projects
- European/APAC language skills
- General interest in the area of enterprise level technology for insurers and how this can help them to solve critical business problems and meet regulatory requirements
