We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented ConnectWise PSA Operations Administrator to support day-to-day operational work in our ConnectWise environment, including Manage and Sell/CPQ. This role is responsible for keeping core workflows moving accurately and on time, including sales order processing, ticket dispatch, product and billing updates, and general system administration. This is an execution-focused role best suited for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling recurring operational tasks in a high-volume MSP or IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Convert sales orders into service tickets, projects, or agreements accurately and promptly. Maintain product catalog records, pricing, tool additions, and related configurations to support accurate billing and invoicing. Review and manage ticket dispatch, routing, queue monitoring, and other workflow activities to ensure timely assignment and follow-through. Support ConnectWise Sell (CPQ) processes, including quotes, proposals, sales orders, and synchronization between Sell and Manage. Assist with service agreement setup and maintenance to support recurring billing accuracy. Support Ingram Micro and Microsoft CSP workflows, including ordering, subscription syncing, quote imports, and reconciliation. Perform invoicing support and billing checks to validate completeness, accuracy, and proper revenue capture. Generate routine operational reports, monitor process health, and flag issues that require escalation. Provide general ConnectWise administrative support, including documentation, user support, and process consistency. Support ConnectWise Automate-related tasks when applicable, including basic monitoring, scripting support, or integration-related activities. Required Qualifications 2–4+ years of hands-on experience with ConnectWise Manage (PSA), especially in operational or administrative workflows. Experience processing sales orders, managing tickets, maintaining product data, and supporting billing or invoicing workflows. Working knowledge of ConnectWise Sell (CPQ). Experience supporting Ingram Micro and Microsoft CSP processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive, process-driven work with consistency and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage daily and weekly responsibilities independently. Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in an MSP or IT services environment. Exposure to ConnectWise Automate or other RMM platforms. Experience with high-volume service delivery or back-office operations support. Ability to identify data issues, process gaps, or billing discrepancies and escalate appropriately.
