Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs and goals of clients, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client circumstances, adapting techniques as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities to address varied psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
