Responsibilities: Collect, process, and input commission statements from various insurance providers. Analyze commission transactions and cross reference with bank statements. Manage multiple deadlines to ensure timely commission payments to agents. Address agent inquiries promptly, accurately, and courteously, including handling challenging situations with professionalism and composure. Perform additional duties related to the commissions department as assigned by the immediate manager. Qualifications: Previous experience in an IMO or at a carrier level is an asset. Proficiency with Excel is advantageous. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is an asset. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities effectively. Effective problem-solving and investigative skills. Reliable, trustworthy, proactive, with a keen sense of ownership and initiative. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Approachable and professional in delivering challenging information on the phone, and in email interactions. Strong computer skills with a capacity to learn new systems. Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive, proactive attitude. Positive demeanor with an openness to constructive feedback. Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA. Pay Range - $56,160 - $60,320/yr USD The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment.
