Co-Founder / Business Partner. Teen Mental Wellness Startup
Job Overview I am seeking a passionate, dependable, and motivated Co-Founder/Business Partner to help build a new kind of mental wellness brand for teens ages 13–18. This startup is focused on creating a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment where teens feel understood, accepted, and excited to grow — without feeling judged or “fixed.” This is an early-stage startup opportunity ideal for someone who believes in mental wellness, youth advocacy, community impact, and building something meaningful from the ground up. The ideal partner would help contribute ideas, grow with the company, run operations, fundraising, networking, technology development, or financial support as the company launches and expands. This position is initially for someone who wants to truly make a differance. This is not a traditional employee position. This is a co-founder/business partnership opportunity with long-term growth potential, shared vision, and future profit-sharing possibilities as the business develops. The long-term vision includes:
- Teen wellness app & online community
- Journaling and mood tracking tools
- Educational and motivational content
- Safe peer support spaces
- Future therapy partnerships/matching
- Future physical wellness locations for teens and families

Compensation: Equity / Profit Sharing Compensation: Partnership Opportunity Compensation: Ownership Percentage + Future Revenue Share. Must live in United States. As growth progresses will open an actual office. Pay: $2,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
