Client Success Manager - Construction Software
We're hiring for a software company for their first US Customer Success Manager to own and grow its US customer base. This is a remote role for someone based on the East Coast or Central US, ideally in locations such as Florida, Georgia, Austin, Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlanta, Nashville, or Dallas. The role reports into a UK-based Director of Operations and Customer Success. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B SaaS or software background, with experience speaking directly to customers, driving adoption, growing accounts, and building Customer Success processes. Experience in construction tech is essential. This person will help level up the Customer Success function, support and eventually lead two junior team members, and bring a modern, AI-enabled approach to Customer Success. Compensation is expected to be around $95k-$110k plus bonus, benefits, and equity. Candidates must have full US work authorisation. Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
