Primary Responsibilities Provide Day-to-Day Administrative Support to the Client Services Department and Cross-Functional Teams Across the Organization Maintain Client Records and System Data Across Internal Platforms Prepare, Pre-Build and Maintain Client-Facing Materials, Benefit Guides and Communication Assets Track and Reconcile Utilization Activity Across Domestic and Global Clients Support the Production, Compilation and Distribution of Client Utilization and Reporting Deliverables Manage Administrative Lists, Distributions and Documentation to Ensure Accuracy and Accessibility Across Teams Document and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for Client Services Workflows Provide Administrative Support on Special Projects as Assigned by the Client Services Operations Manager Required/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Communications or Health Promotion Preferred) 1+ Years of Administrative, Office Coordination or Executive Support Experience Preferred Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented, Self-Motivated and Able to Manage Competing Priorities Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Including Proofreading and Document Formatting Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Comfort Learning New Software Tools Discretion and Professionalism in Handling Confidential Information This is a full-time, salaried role, located in the continental United States and Hawaii, and includes a robust benefits package, with 100% company-paid single tier medical coverage insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
