Client Partner Coordinator (m/f/d)

You will be working in: English (German is a big plus) How you will make an impact: Planning and maintaining project roadmaps including timelines and milestones. Monitoring deadlines and identifying bottlenecks early. Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Creating engaging presentations aligned with our brand guidelines. Participating in client meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items. Supporting the account management team with client requests and issues. Acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams. Coordinating onboarding processes for tracking tools, including documentation and stakeholder communication. Facilitating communication between clients and our analytics team, plus handling internal admin tasks (e.g. maintaining Zoho CRM). Preparing and managing quotes in BC365 (finance management tool), including tracking approvals. Skills you will need to be successful: A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A basic understanding of marketing channels and tactics. Some experience in a client support role. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask. Skilled at creating presentations (e.g. using PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written. Familiarity with project management tools and processes. Great attention to detail and a strong sense of quality. Proactive, team-oriented, and hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment. Experience with tools like Zoho or Business Central 365 is a plus.
