You own the fund manager data collection process end-to-end — managing outreach, tracking progress, and ensuring that institutional clients receive the accurate, timely data they depend on. You take genuine accountability for what you deliver, including when timelines slip or data comes in incomplete. Your counterparts are fund managers at some of the world's most sophisticated investment organizations. They expect professionalism and follow-through. What You'll Do
Manage professional outreach to fund managers to collect data and documents required for Solovis client reporting Serve as the day-to-day liaison between clients, fund managers, and internal operations Track outreach progress, manage timelines, and flag delays before they become problems Use available tools and systems to reduce manual overhead and improve throughput across high-volume collection cycles Ensure all collected data meets accuracy and completeness standards before delivery to clients Contribute consistently to team throughput and take ownership of quality over time
What We're Looking For
Core Experience 1+ years of experience in a data analysis, operations, or client-facing coordination role Proficiency in Excel Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workloads with attention to detail and without sacrificing quality Strong written and verbal communication — you're comfortable reaching out to external counterparts and representing client standards
Nice to Have
Background or degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field Familiarity with the institutional investment space — endowments, foundations, family offices, fund managers, or similar Experience working with or adjacent to portfolio reporting, investment data, or financial operations Interview Process We want this to be a great fit for both sides.
