We are a multi-state law firm that works with clients within several different practice areas, including Estate Planning, Personal Injury, Business Transactions and Civil Litigation. Legal experience is not required but helpful. Most importantly, we expect you to be friendly, helpful and communicative. You will be the initial person who conducts intakes, transfers calls to our staff, takes messages, and does data entry into our various online productivity tools. In addition to reception services, we may ask you to help us with various legal assistant tasks. If interested, there is growth potential to become a legal assistant and eventually a paralegal. The ideal candidate must have at least 1+ years of customer service work experience. You will have significant verbal and written communication with prospective and existing clients, so being well spoken is mandatory.
