The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
- Develop civil site design plans, reports, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and other design professionals
- Provide construction-phase support and technical guidance
- Stay current with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Review design deliverables for quality and consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Four to nine years of experience in civil site development
- Strong skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software
- Knowledge of local codes and permitting processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for problem-solving
Nice-to-haves
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
