Chief of Staff to the CEO Salary Range: $150,000–$175,000 base salary + equity + benefits Location: Remote (United States) Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Works Closely With: Chief Clinical Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Board Type: Full-Time About Rosarium Health Rosarium Health is building the healthcare infrastructure that helps people age safely and independently at home. We partner with Medicaid, D-SNP, and Medicare Advantage plans to deliver clinician-led in-home assessments, home modifications, and environmental services that reduce falls, hospitalizations, and long-term care admissions. Our platform coordinates occupational therapists, physical therapists, contractors, and care teams through a single operational workflow. We recently closed a $6 million Seed round and are expanding across California and the Northeast. This is an opportunity to join early and help build a company at the intersection of healthcare, housing, and technology. The Opportunity We are hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO to help build the management systems that support Rosarium's next stage of growth. You will work with the CEO every day on company planning, KPI reporting, board materials, and cross-functional initiatives such as payment innovation and new revenue models. This role is focused primarily on internal business operations and strategy. You will work closely with leaders across Clinical, Technology, Finance, and Operations. This position is intended to grow into a senior leadership role such as SVP of Operations, SVP of Strategy, or Chief Operating Officer.
What You'll Do
Build the Company Operating System
- Manage planning cycles, OKRs, dashboards, and leadership meetings.
- Track progress against company goals.
- Improve visibility and accountability across teams.
Lead Strategic Initiatives
- Drive projects such as payment innovation and new revenue models.
- Conduct financial and operational analyses.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on systems improvements.
Support the CEO and Board
- Prepare presentations, analyses, and recommendations.
- Coordinate board decks and board materials.
- Help keep high-priority initiatives on schedule.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in Chief of Staff, business operations, strategy, consulting, or healthcare operations.
- Experience at a venture-backed healthcare or digital health company, or in healthcare consulting.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Comfortable working with Product and Engineering teams.

- Prior Chief of Staff experience
- Early-stage startup experience

- Organizational design and process improvement
