We are hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and a get-things-done type of person. The role will entail fast-based business assistance to optimize productivity and have a big impact. The Chief of Staff responsibilities will include
- Hiring and onboarding Partner with the CEO and leadership team to scope roles, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews and onboarding for new team members
- Calendar management and assisting with schedules of partners and our clients
- Act as the reputed company of contact for the CEO and Head of Acceleration for both internal and external stakeholders
- reputed company systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency for appointments and various business tasks
- Maintaining files and databases
- Manage correspondence with other top executives and their support staff
- Being on-call during key projects
- Run reputed company projects as required What You Have
- 4+ years of experience in C-level support in a start-up business
- Skills with G-Suite, reputed company Office and reputed company products (required)
- Strong phone and videoconferencing persona
