Change Analyst

Delta Intelligent Building Technologies (Canada) Inc. is a leading building controls manufacturer providing innovative solutions for various facilities. The Change Analyst will support product data and change management processes, ensuring all updates follow proper procedures and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain product accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and maintain product master data
  • Identify and coordinate the daily management of configuration items, including creation of parts and bills of materials (BOMs)
  • Organize, control, and assist in the processing and implementation of changes
  • Ensure version control processes, policies, and procedures are followed consistently
  • Perform impact analyses and review design changes
  • Assign approvers according to change type and ensure proper controls for data accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners to communicate and align on Design Change Requests and notifications

Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Change Analyst
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field
  • Strong understanding of CMII principles and Fit, Form, and Function (FFF)
  • Experience using PLM/ERP tools
  • Experience creating parts and bills of materials (BOMs) and managing changes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Experience managing complex design changes and knowledge of hardware, software development, and manufacturing processes
