What You’ll Do

• Deliver safe, effective, high-energy personal training sessions in clients’ homes and on-site locations
• Build personalized fitness programs based on each client’s goals, abilities, and progress
• Use the GYMGUYZ App to manage programming, reassessments, notes, and client progress
• Motivate clients, track results, and create a positive training experience
• Manage your schedule and travel efficiently within the Bellingham-area territory
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion for fitness and client results

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent
• Current CPR/AED certification, or ability to obtain before starting client sessions
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between appointments
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and positive coaching energy
• Comfort using mobile and web-based apps for scheduling, client notes, programming, and communication
• Ability to create a safe, motivating, and results-focused client experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 0–1 year of personal training or fitness coaching experience preferred
• Newly certified trainers with strong people skills and professionalism are encouraged to apply
• Experience with Trainerize, Mindbody, or similar fitness platforms is a plus
• Experience working with active adults, seniors, beginners, weight-loss clients, or general fitness clients is helpful
