Responsibilities
- Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
- Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
- Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
- Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
- Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of approved certified nursing assistant program
- Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required from the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
- At least 6 months of direct care CNA/STNA experience
