Supporting residents with basic activities of daily living (ADLs) like eating, personal hygiene, and grooming ? Protecting resident health and safety by supporting a clean, sanitary, and hazard-free environment ? Assisting with the transportation and movement of residents around the facility, as needed ? Documenting and reporting resident vital signs and updating the nursing team on the physical and mental conditions of residents ? Being accountable to follow and adhere to care plans for residents and all applicable policies, rules, and regulations ? Engaging with residents in ways that build relationships based on a sense of security and trust ?
