Business Systems Consultant – Change Management

You will partner with stakeholders to drive decisions for complex projects, collaborate on process updates and develop communication tactics. You will network with technical and non-technical teams to define high level requirements to improve quality, efficiency and the effectiveness of products and services. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications): Business Systems Consultant I: $80,000 - $95,000, plus annual bonus opportunity. Business Systems Consultant II: $93,000 - $103,000, plus annual bonus opportunity. 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Lead change management strategies, clarify approach to business stakeholders, and gain acceptance across both technical and business teams. Determine readiness and flexibility of teams for upcoming changes while listening for resistance. Develop and execute comprehensive communication and training plans. Facilitate information gathering and assess results, comparing current state with the desired future state, providing gap analysis and actionable recommendations. Drive advocacy for improvement leveraging data, feedback, and constant engagement with associates of all levels WHAT YOU’LL BRING: Three or more years of experience in business analysis or project management with a focus on change management. Experience applying processes, tools and techniques to meet or exceed business objectives including familiarity with change management and Agile Scrum processes. Experience delivering projects on time with clear organization and high attention to detail. Clear communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to all levels of the organization. Ability to maintain flexibility and adapt in a rapidly changing environment. Strong learning and critical thinking skills. You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico. PREFERRED: Experience working in group insurance.
