Business Systems Analyst IV – Enterprise Capacity Management

CTG is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst IV to help mature an Enterprise Capacity Management Program by providing data-driven insights into capacity utilization, demand forecasting, operational risks, and technology performance. This role is ideal for an analytical professional who excels at stakeholder collaboration, governance facilitation, and transforming complex data into meaningful business intelligence. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate enterprise capacity reporting across multiple technology domains. Analyze capacity utilization, demand forecasts, trends, risks, and constraints to provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain executive dashboards, standardized reports, KPIs, and governance artifacts. Facilitate capacity management working groups, steering committees, and governance meetings. Prepare executive presentations, risk assessments, and decision-support materials. Partner with infrastructure, operations, architecture, and monitoring teams to improve reporting accuracy and program maturity. Drive continuous improvements to reporting processes, data quality, and governance standards. Support onboarding of new technology domains into the Enterprise Capacity Management Program.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role. Experience supporting enterprise IT organizations, infrastructure, operations, or technology services. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and consolidate data from multiple sources. Experience preparing executive-level reporting and supporting governance forums. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience creating dashboards and reports. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise capacity management, observability, or infrastructure monitoring platforms. Knowledge of capacity planning, demand forecasting, and resource management methodologies. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools. Familiarity with ITIL, NIST, FFIEC, or similar IT governance frameworks. Experience improving enterprise reporting processes and operational analytics. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $29.90 to $49.84/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
