- Prepare and file a variety of business immigration petitions, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, EB-1, EB-2 NIW green cards.
- Draft forms, letters, and persuasive supporting documentation.
- Serve as a key reputed company of contact for clients — reputed company them informed, reassured, and on track.
- Organize, track, and manage multiple case files with precision.
- Conduct legal and factual research to strengthen cases.
