This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on building long-term partnerships with property mangers, restoration contractors, inusrance adjusters, and law enforcement agencies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills who can navigate sensitive industries with professionalism and empathy. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing accounts, and representing the Steri-Clean brand with integrity. Business Development Responsibilities Identify, target, and develop new business relationships with referral partners including insurance professionals, property managers, real estate agents, restoration companies, hospitals, hospices, and law enforcement agencies. Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote Steri-Clean’s services and build brand awareness. Manage and grow an existing book of referral accounts through consistent follow-up, relationship maintenance, and exceptional service advocacy. Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into active accounts. Company Overview Are you looking for a company that values your potential?
