Role Description We’re looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial Business Development & Operations Consultant to help scale JobHack Pro’s growth initiatives, partnerships, outreach, and operational strategy. This is a flexible remote role ideal for someone excited about startups, AI, growth, and building systems from the ground up alongside a founder-led team. Responsibilities may include:
- Partnerships and strategic outreach
- Business development and growth initiatives
- Operational coordination and execution
- Supporting startup expansion opportunities
- External communications and relationship management
- Assisting with business documentation, operational coordination, and select authorized representative responsibilities where needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a startup environment
- Interest in AI, SaaS, startups, operations, or growth
- Experience in partnerships, consulting, recruiting, operations, or business development is a plus
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment
