Role & Responsibilities In this role you will work directly with our cofounder & COO to actively drive growth and shape our product roadmap. Weâ re looking for an entrepreneurial, highly strategic Business Developement Lead, Fintech to drive adoption of SOCKET & Bungee across global fintech companies. Youâ ll be responsible for identifying, closing, and scaling high-impact partnerships with the largest fintechs in the world. This is a high-impact role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, sales execution, and operational excellence. You will represent SOCKET in one of the most dynamic markets, acting as both a relationship builder and a business operator. The working environment is fast paced with plenty of ambiguity, change, and odd hours. You have to be okay with that as we continue to grow as a team. What youâ ll do - Develop and execute strategy - Define and execute SOCKETâ s strategy for fintech - Identify high-leverage market entry points (e.g., stablecoin corridors, payment use cases, B2B/B2C rails) - Build compelling narratives around protocol features tailored to fintech decision-makers - Own deals end-to-end - Identify, pitch, and close high-impact integrations with top crypto & fintech companies. - Own the full sales cycle - from discovery and demos to deal closure. - Build product alignment - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and integration teams to ensure successfu Please mention the word
