Business Analyst(Full Time)
Business Analyst The business analyst works closely with business users, source-system SME’s, modelers, developers, and testers to develop, test, and trouble-shoot technical source-to-target mappings. This role requires hands on experience. Deliverables
- Project deliverables related to Data Sourcing, Functional and Detail design documents, test support, and others as needed.
- Data profiling using SQL and other industry-standard profiling tools (Informatica DQ preferred)
- Technical data mappings – field mappings, business rules, transformation logic, where-criteria and conditions
- Develop and execute test scenarios and scripts
Required Skills/Expertise
- Working knowledge on identify life cycle management; authentication/authorization, security admin, sec operations, privileged access management etc.
- Good understanding of regulatory and industrial framework requirements (e.g. FCAT, SOX, SOC, HIPPA, PCI, NIST, ITIL etc.).
- Good organization and time management.
- Good verbal and writing communications skill.
- Must be able to capture and translate business requirements to functional specs.
- Experience with UI functions (e.g. Service Now).
- Working knowledge on MS Office, MS Team, MS Outlook, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
- Data analytics / data science experience using SQL queries, visual basic, python, Power Bi etc.
- Working experience on MS Excel functions (e.g. TRIM, VLOOKUP, graphing, pivot etc.) is required.
