About The Role We’re looking for a Builder (End-to-End Owner). This is a hands-on individual-contributor builder role — no people/team management. Reporting Line - Head of Strategy and Execution Worksite: Remote/ Hybrid/ On-site (options vary by location) Responsibilities: Own assigned problems end-to-end — discover the need with stakeholders, write the spec, build the solution with AI coding agents, test it, deploy it, and operate it in production, with no developer handoff Build and ship working internal tools/apps (front-end, backend, data) on the CC platform to automate manual work and improve Sales Mind/onboarding outcomes Define requirements and make the product calls: form hypotheses, validate with users before building, and turn ambiguous asks into concrete, testable specs Drive your own delivery and reporting: keep a tight personal cadence, track progress with metrics, give quantified status, and analyse data/outcomes to decide what to do next Operate with production discipline: staged rollouts, tests, rollback plans, and documentation so others can run what you built Qualifications: Proven track record of shipping working software end-to-end using AI coding tools (e.g. Claude / agentic dev / Cursor / Copilot) — a portfolio of things you personally built and shipped.
