Brand Manager - Client Facing - Fully Remote

The Role: Prime Team Agency is looking for a Brand Manager to lead strategy and execution for multiple TikTok Shop accounts. This role is ideal for someone with strong client-facing experience, particularly within an agency environment, who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys driving growth for brands. While experience with TikTok Shop is a plus, it is not required. We’re excited to train the right candidate who brings strong account management skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for eCommerce and creator-led marketing. You’ll be supported by a dedicated internal team to help ensure every client’s success. What You'll Do: Oversee TikTok Shop operations, including Seller Center management (training provided) Lead TikTok Shop strategy and manage client accounts Drive influencer affiliate recruitment and campaign execution Manage product launches, listing optimization, coupons, and flash sales Conduct weekly client meetings and provide proactive growth recommendations Deliver weekly updates and reporting to clients via Slack and email Manage and delegate tasks to a dedicated VA Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams for innovative solutions Maintain clear communication and task tracking through Asana, Slack, and other platforms What You Bring: 3+ years of client-facing experience in an agency, eCommerce, social media, or digital marketing environment Strong account management and relationship-building skills—you know how to own a client relationship end-to-end Experience managing campaigns, projects, or growth initiatives across multiple clients or stakeholders Exposure to influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or performance-driven campaigns is a plus Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon) is a plus—but not required Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams Comfortable learning new platforms and tools quickly—we will train you on TikTok Shop Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment Benefits (U.S. Employees) 401(k) with 4% company match after 90 days Medical, dental, and vision coverage Unlimited PTO and generous holiday policy Ongoing training, mentorship, and development opportunities Ready to Apply?
