Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Experienced) Part-Time
Angel City VA is Hiring! Are you an experienced Bookkeeper with a knack for QuickBooks and a background in working with USA clients? Do you excel in both English and Spanish communication? If so, we want to hear from you! Position: Bookkeeper Location: Remote (LATAM candidates preferred) Company: Angel City VA Pay rate: $7 per hour. Part-Time Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Prepare and review financial reports
- Handle accounts receivable and payable
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions
- Provide excellent customer service to USA clients
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, particularly with QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience working with USA clients
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
