- Process and verify supplier invoices
- Perform supplier reconciliations and maintain AP ledgers
- Execute payments to suppliers (bank transfers)
- Manage ongoing communication with suppliers and internal departments
- Handle discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Participate in monthly closing processes and reporting
Requirements
What should you have? Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in accounts payable
- Experience with accounting software – Oracle is an advantage
Skills
- Bookkeeping certificate Level 2 – a must; Level 3 – an advantage
- Strong Excel skills
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
