What You'll Do
- Develop and grow relationships with commercial growers, greenhouse operators, distributors, and channel partners throughout the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration within agricultural and horticultural markets
- Educate customers on biological crop input solutions designed to improve soil performance, plant health, and overall productivity
- Provide consultative recommendations based on customer needs, crop goals, and operational challenges
- Conduct product demonstrations, field visits, and presentations to support adoption and long-term customer success
