Bilingual Legal Assistant
Job Description:
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and management for personal injury matters
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence, legal documents, and reports
- Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and discovery materials
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and scheduling for attorneys and clients
- Conduct online research related to cases as needed
- Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers in both English and Spanish
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Must be located outside of the United States (international candidates only)
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required
- Prior experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or in a law firm environment preferred
- Personal injury experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management software (experience with legal software is a plus)
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely full-time
