Bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Assistant – Personal Assistant (Long-Term)

I am looking for a reliable, proactive bilingual virtual assistant (English & Spanish) located in Central or South America to help manage a wide variety of administrative, operational, and personal assistant tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and enjoys learning new skills. Many tasks will vary day-to-day, so the ideal candidate is comfortable figuring things out, learning quickly, and solving problems independently. You will be working directly with an entrepreneur managing multiple businesses and projects, so attention to detail, discretion, and strong communication skills are very important. This is intended to be a long-term working relationship for the right candidate. This is a very chill role, will start slow with a few hours per week but ramp up with more tasks as we go. Will try you out with very simple tasks in the beginning to see how we work. NEED SOMEONE WHO IS VERY GOOD AT RESPONDING QUICK, most communication will be via WhatsApp. ⸻ Responsibilities Tasks may include (but are not limited to)

  • Making phone calls on my behalf (vendors, reservations, research calls, etc.) In english and spanish
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Managing emails and organizing inboxes
  • Researching services, vendors, tools, or travel options
  • Helping coordinate projects and follow-ups
  • Data entry and document organization
  • Simple operational or management tasks
  • Booking travel, reservations, or appointments
  • Coordinating with contractors, freelancers, or team members
  • Translating between English and Spanish when needed
  • Running small research projects and summarizing results
  • Assisting with various business and personal administrative tasks Many assignments will be new or unfamiliar, but you will be given time to learn the skill during work hours. Being comfortable figuring things out and learning independently is very important. ⸻ What I’m Looking For The ideal candidate is
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Located in Central or South America (time zone compatibility preferred)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
  • Comfortable learning new tools or processes
  • Professional when communicating with vendors or partners
  • Good at internet research and problem solving
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Reliable and responsive Bonus skills (not required)
  • Experience as a virtual assistant or executive assistant
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar tools
  • Experience coordinating projects or managing small operations tasks ⸻ Work Structure
