Job Title: Beauty Brand Strategist / Fractional CMO for New Fragrance Travel Accessories Brand Job Description: We are looking for an experienced beauty brand strategist, creative director, or fractional CMO to help build the branding foundation for our new company, Nessa Beauty. Nessa Beauty is a new brand focused on creating premium travel bags specifically designed for fragrance lovers to safely store and travel with their perfumes. Our goal is to create a stylish, elevated product that feels both functional and luxurious for beauty and fragrance lovers. We are currently in the early stages of development and have begun working on product mockups, but we need an expert who can help us build a strong brand identity that resonates with consumers and positions us for a successful launch. We want someone who can help us create a brand that feels modern, elevated, aspirational, and highly marketable within the beauty, fragrance, and travel lifestyle space. What We Need Help With: Brand strategy development Brand positioning Defining target audience/customer persona Brand messaging and storytelling Brand voice/tone development Naming feedback (if needed) Logo direction/creative oversight Color palette development Typography recommendations Packaging direction Website creative direction Social media brand strategy Launch campaign strategy Content strategy for brand awareness Influencer/UGC strategy Building hype and community before launch Ideal Candidate Experience: We are looking for someone with experience in: Beauty brand strategy Fragrance brands Luxury branding Consumer product branding DTC ecommerce brands Creative direction Brand identity development Social media marketing Product launch campaigns Bonus if you’ve worked with brands sold through: Sephora Ulta Beauty Oachka Latafa Away or similar beauty/lifestyle brands.
