BCBA (Remote in Georgia)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Remote | Georgia Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 | Full Benefits | Bonus & Sign-On Bonus We're partnering with a Georgia-based ABA company that's growing — and doing it the right way. This is a fully remote BCBA position built around small caseloads, daytime hours, and genuine clinical autonomy. If you've spent time in ABA feeling like the model is being compromised to hit targets, this is a different kind of opportunity. Assent-based care isn't a talking point here — it's the foundation every program is built on, and leadership (all BCBAs or BCBA-Ds) have structured the organisation to protect that as they scale. What the Role Involves
- Developing and overseeing individualised, assent-based treatment plans
- Supervising and supporting RBTs in delivering high-quality ABA services
- Using data to guide clinical decisions and track meaningful client progress
- Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintaining BACB ethical and professional standards throughout
What's on Offer
- $90,000 – $105,000 salary (depending on experience)
- 100% remote
- Small, manageable caseloads
- Daytime hours and flexible scheduling
- Full benefits package
- Bonus and sign-on bonus
What We're Looking For
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Experience delivering and overseeing ABA services
- Strong understanding of assent-based and ethical practice
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Georgia licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
Why This Company I've personally helped this organisation hire their Chief Clinical Officer and multiple BCBAs. The feedback from those placements has been consistent — it's a company where the values match the day-to-day reality. They're in an exciting growth phase, expanding into new states and serving more clients, but clinical quality is non-negotiable at every level of the business.
