About the Client A leading American financial services corporation operating a premier global stock market. The organization acts as a top-tier financial technology provider, delivering data analytics and market surveillance to clients worldwide. Today, it integrates advanced cloud infrastructure and Generative AI to streamline global trading workflows and compliance. What You’ll Do Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of AXIOM regulatory reporting solutions Analyze and optimize data flows, transformations, and reporting processes Perform data mapping, reconciliation, and quality validation activities Support regulatory report generation and exception management processes Participate in business process modeling and documentation efforts Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and technology teams Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and reporting standards Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and data quality What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) are considered an asset Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools Deep knowledge of the business lifecycle for Capital Markets products Deep knowledge of Brazilian regulatory reports, including DLO, DLI, CADOCs (4010, 4060, 4510 and others), SCR3040, DRL, and DRM. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and reporting standards, including Basel III/IV, BCBS 239, COREP & FINREP, LCR & NSFR, CCAR, Dodd-Frank, EMIR, MiFID II, and ESG Reporting. Hands-on experience with ControllerView, data models and metadata management, rules development, data mapping and transformation, workflow configuration, data lineage, data quality controls, reconciliation processes, regulatory report generation, and exception management. Strong understanding of data management concepts, including SQL fundamentals, database design, ETL processes, data quality management, and data reconciliation.
