Automations Specialist

This is a remote position. The Automation Specialist plays a critical role in driving efficiency and scalability across the organization by identifying, developing, and implementing automation solutions. This role combines technical expertise, process analysis, tool management, and collaboration with various departments to ensure internal workflows are optimized, repeatable, and aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities & Duties Process Optimization: Review internal processes, procedures, methodologies, and standards to ensure repeatability and efficiency. Identify opportunities to transition from manual efforts to automated processes. Opportunity Identification & Planning: Gather input from all departments to identify automation opportunities. Develop process maps and comprehensive automation process documentation. Tool Management & Research: Manage tools necessary to execute identified automation opportunities. Research and recommend changes to existing tools or identify new tools to improve productivity and support automation initiatives. Automation Strategy & Implementation: Collaborate with the team to strategize and align on long-term solutions for automation, including roadmaps, tools, frameworks, and approaches. Measure the efficiency and effectiveness of automated processes in achieving business goals. Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are updated accurately after each completed or revised automation project. Adaptability: Respond appropriately and competently to changes, ambiguity, and challenges in the work environment. System Development: Develop and enhance client systems based on business requirements. Sales/CRM Management. Salesforce Administration: Oversee the backend of the Sales CRM (Salesforce). Email Marketing: Manage the email marketing program, including monitoring and optimizing campaigns to improve deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates. Lead Nurturing: Collaborate with the Sales team to design nurture programs that accelerate lead conversion from initial lead to Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQL).

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Excellence: Passion for achieving excellence in technical processes, quality, and reliability. Thorough understanding and hands-on experience in developing and enhancing automation testing frameworks. Detail Orientation & Communication: Must be extremely detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities. Tool Proficiency: Experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, Zoho, Mailchimp, ClickUp, GoHighLevel, and Salesforce. Preferred Experience & Competencies Must be proficient in English (written and verbal) Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities. Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Knowledge of AI/ML integration basics. Ability to work independently and align with a remote team in CST hours
