AutoCAD Drafting Specialist for Floor Plans
AutoCAD Drafting Specialist – Floor Plan to DWG (Residential Home + Guest House) We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD drafter to convert an existing residential floor plan into a clean, editable DWG file. The project includes a main house and guest house layout, and we need accurate drafting based on provided floor plan materials (PDF/image / Matterport reference where available). This is a technical drafting task, not design work. Scope of Work
- Convert the existing floor plan into an AutoCAD DWG format
- Create accurate interior and exterior floor plan drawings
- Ensure correct scaling and proportion based on provided references
- Include key architectural elements (walls, doors, windows, room layout)
- Deliver a clean, organized, and editable CAD file
Requiremen ts
- Strong experience with AutoCAD (DWG drafting)
- Proven ability to convert PDFs/scans/sketches / Matterport-style references into CAD
- Good understanding of architectural floor plans
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to ask clarifying questions when information is missing
Nice to Have
- Experience with residential homes or renovation projects
- Experience working with Matterport or similar 3D scan references
