Duties and Responsibilities:
- Defend professionals in malpractice, errors & omissions, and related liability claims.
- Manage litigation from discovery through depositions, motion practice, and trial.
- Work with experts and clients on case strategy and resolution.
- Prepare for mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active bar admission (multi-jurisdictional a plus).
- 3–7+ years of insurance defense or complex civil litigation experience (standard insurance defense background is welcome and encouraged for this professional liability role).
