Associate Attorney - Transactional Real Estate Finance (Midlevel)
Description Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson P.S. (HCMP) seeking a mid-level transactional real estate finance associate to join our extraordinary team of attorneys and paralegals who represent commercial lenders in sophisticated loan transactions. Our team handles a broad range of loan types and collateral, with an emphasis on real estate-secured lending for construction projects. Our work provides a unique opportunity for direct and ongoing client relationships in a team setting that promotes development of client management responsibilities. Requirements
Exceptional client service, self-motivation, teamwork, creativity, and utmost focus on details are critical success factors for this role. The ideal candidate will also have at least four years of relevant transactional experience, including documentation, negotiation, and closing of real estate-secured financing transactions on behalf of lenders, together with an understanding of title insurance. Compensation, Hybrid Work & Other Benefits The estimated salary range for this role is $190,000-$225,000 with bonus-earning potential and is based on the desired experience range at the time of this posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications. We are flexible on work arrangements for this role, including fully remote work from anywhere in the United States.
