Assistant Vice President, Healthcare Growth Strategy
The Assistant Vice President, Growth & Strategy (AVP) will drive business growth for EXL’s Payment Integrity (PI) Healthcare strategic growth unit (SGU). This role will lead sales enablement, strategic deal orchestration, account expansion & GTM strategy - identifying new revenue opportunities across payer & provider market segments. The candidate will own end-to-end solution strategy for complex, enterprise-level healthcare pursuits, acting as a key advisor to cross-functional delivery and product teams. Partnering closely with sales, senior leadership and offshore teams, the candidate will accelerate growth, strengthen market positioning, and expand EXL’s market share in Payment Integrity. Base Pay Range $117,300 - $192,800 + bonus Travel: 10 to 15% The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications.
