Paige Lee Interiors is a residential interior design studio that focuses on creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces tailored to each client’s lifestyle and preferences. Services may include space planning, material and finish selection, furniture and décor sourcing, and coordination with vendors or trades. Role Description The Assistant role at Paige Lee Interiors is a hybrid (remote/in person), contract position supporting day-to-day design operations and client services. Responsibilities include; miscellaneous errands including checking mail, depositing checks, delivering materials to job-sites and vendors and helping with installation days. Assistant will be responsible for filling out billable hour sheets and checking bank statements each month. The role requires consistent communication, reliable follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including managing digital files, project documents, and schedules.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, cloud storage, video conferencing platforms). Must be able to use a MAC book.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with internal team members, clients, and vendors.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when preparing contracts/proposals, tracking orders, and documenting project information.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment and managing multiple priorities for contract-based work.
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and discretion when handling client information and project details.
- Relevant education or experience in administration, customer service, or design support is beneficial but not required.
- Must be able to lift 40-60 lbs and must have reliable transportation
This is a contract position and hours expected are 5 hours/week with some opportunity to add on additional hours during the busy times of the year. Schedule is flexible on days and times but must be Monday-Thursday within the time frame of 8:00am - 3:00pm
