Minimum Eligibility Requirements  Only individuals who have reached the age of 18 or above are eligible.  Proficiency in elementary math skills is vital in many professions, including finance, engineering, and science.  Proficient in customer service based on past performance.  Being skilled at multitasking and performing at a high level even in demanding situations.  Forklift certification via F&D may be a requirement for certain job positions.  Heavy equipment certification requires a drug test to be cleared as per the laws in place in certain states. Physical/Sensory Requirements  Moving and manipulating objects necessitate the application of force, which must range from 30 to 60 pounds occasionally or 20 to 30 pounds frequently.  People frequently handle and feel objects using their hands and fingers.  A job that necessitates prolonged standing, walking, and balancing while performing tasks.
