About the position The Analyst, WFM Scheduling Solutions is a critical, highly analytical role responsible for the stability, maintenance, and optimization of our enterprise scheduling operations. This role requires a logical mindset, the technical agility to learn new platforms quickly, and a passion for optimizing systems. In this role, you will help develop and implement strategic scheduling plans for a workforce of 15,000+ employees. You will apply your scientific or computational background to analyze scheduling metrics, troubleshoot complex logic errors, and help develop integrations and automations that drive our scheduling solutions forward. Responsibilities
- Stability, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise scheduling operations.
- Develop and implement strategic scheduling plans for a workforce of 15,000+ employees.

Requirements
- Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field.

- Technical agility to learn new platforms quickly.
