Monitor changes in compliance laws and regulations and provide updates to relevant departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance strategies. Analyze data and reports to identify potential compliance issues and recommend solutions. Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify and address compliance gaps. Develop and deliver compliance training to employees at all levels. Proactively identify potential compliance risks and work to mitigate them. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and findings. Communicate effectively with regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries or requests for information. Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in compliance standards. Participate in compliance committee meetings and provide insights and recommendations. Work collaboratively with the legal team to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory agencies. Assist with external audits and serve as a liaison between the organization and auditors. Uphold the company's values and ethical standards in all compliance activities.
