Here, you will make an impact by: Realizar a gestão e operação das ferramentas eletrônicas de Entrada de Pedidos Monitorar e garantir o correto tráfego e processamento dos pedidos recebidos por múltiplos canais até o sistema ERP (BPCS). Atuar na gestão da ferramenta CONFIRME Realizar atividades de cadastros e manutenção de dados mestres. Garantir a integridade dos dados e evitar inconsistências. Atuar em conjunto com áreas de interface (Customer Service, Vendas e TI) apoiando na resolução de problemas operacionais. Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, automatização de processos e estabilização das operações relacionadas às ferramentas eletrônicas Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Gradução (Bacharelado) E 2 anos de experiência em processos de Gerenciamento de pedidos.
