Amazon Seller Central & PPC Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Amazon Seller Central & PPC Campaign Specialist to manage and optimize the complete Amazon account operations. This role is ideal for a professional who is not limited to only one area of Amazon management but has strong expertise across Seller Central operations, PPC advertising, listing management, catalog troubleshooting, account health, inventory coordination, and growth strategies. We are looking for an all-round Amazon expert who can take ownership of day-to-day account management, identify opportunities, solve problems proactively, and contribute to sustainable account growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Amazon PPC Advertising Management ● Create, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns including: ○ Sponsored Products ○ Sponsored Brands ○ Sponsored Display ● Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis ● Perform search term harvesting and expansion ● Manage bidding strategies and placement adjustments ● Optimize campaign structures for scalability and performance ● Conduct negative targeting and budget optimization ● Monitor and improve: ○ ACoS ○ TACoS ○ ROAS ○ CTR ○ Conversion Rate ● Prepare regular PPC performance reports and actionable insights 2. Seller Central Account Operations ● Manage daily Amazon Seller Central operations ● Monitor and maintain account health metrics ● Handle policy compliance and performance notifications ● Resolve account-related issues and troubleshoot operational problems ● Coordinate with Amazon Seller Support when required ● Monitor suppressed listings and account alerts 3. Listing & Catalog Management ● Create and optimize product listings ● Manage: ○ Titles ○ Bullet points ○ Product descriptions ○ Backend keywords ○ A+ Content coordination ● Handle catalog troubleshooting including: ○ Listing suppression ○ Variation issues ○ Attribute errors ○ Parent-child relationship setup ○ Category and browse node issues ○ UPC/EAN conflicts ● Maintain catalog accuracy and compliance 4. Inventory & Operational Coordination ● Monitor inventory levels and stock health ● Coordinate replenishment planning ● Identify low-stock and out-of-stock risks ● Work on stranded and inactive inventory management ● Coordinate FBA shipment-related tasks and operational follow-up ● Support forecasting and inventory planning to avoid stock interruptions 5. Performance Monitoring & Growth Strategy ● Analyze business performance and sales trends ● Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement ● Conduct competitor and market analysis ● Support product launch and ranking strategies ● Recommend operational and advertising improvements ● Develop data-driven strategies to improve profitability and long-term growth 6. Reporting & Communication ● Provide regular reports covering: ○ PPC performance ○ Sales trends ○ Operational issues ○ Growth opportunities ● Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal teams and stakeholders ● Take ownership of assigned tasks and provide timely updates Required Qualifications ● Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and PPC campaigns ● Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace operations ● Hands-on experience with catalog management and troubleshooting ● Deep understanding of Amazon PPC optimization and performance metrics ● Experience handling account health and operational challenges ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ● Excellent communication and reporting abilities ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Skills ● Experience with both FBA and FBM operations ● Knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization ● Familiarity with Amazon business reports and analytics tools ● Experience working with multiple Amazon marketplaces is a plus What We Are Looking For This is not a single-domain PPC-only or listing-only role. We are specifically seeking an Amazon operations specialist who understands the complete Amazon ecosystem and can confidently manage advertising, operations, catalog issues, and account performance under one role.
