Amazon Listing & PPC Specialist — New Product Launch

About the Brand We make a first-of-its-kind reusable coffee pod system that replaces single-use plastic pods with paper filters. You load your own coffee, snap in a filter, and brew with the same convenience while contributing zero plastic waste. When we launched, we sold out entirely on Amazon (~$350K in sales in 12 days) in the first month with zero paid ads. The product has real market fit and we're now looking to scale aggressively across Amazon and beyond. The Opportunity We have a new listing launching very soon and we need someone who can move fast. You'll be coming in at a pivotal moment to help shape and execute a launch strategy, then take full ownership of the account as we grow. You'll get a handoff from our existing agency in the first couple of weeks – campaign history, keyword data, etc. (Note that handoff from our existing agency will be an informal process, so we're looking for someone experienced enough to know exactly what they need and how to get it.) You'll work directly with the founder on a near-daily basis. If the fit is right, we are open to including performance bonuses tied to revenue and other key metrics as we scale. We're also expanding to Walmart and potentially other marketplaces, so there's real opportunity here for the right person. What You'll Be Doing

  • Contributing to launch strategy for the new listing
  • Full Amazon account management: listings, storefront, account health, deals, coupons, customer messages
  • Listing optimization – titles, bullets, backend keywords, images, A+ Content
  • Building and managing PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) once the initial organic push is underway
  • Facilitating and absorbing the handoff from our current agency
  • Sales forecasting and inventory communication with our supply chain team
  • Supporting potential expansion to Walmart.com and other marketplaces (optional, but will be a great plus)

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing Amazon listings and PPC for physical consumer products end to end.
  • Experience launching new listings from zero, not just optimizing mature ones
  • Strong with keyword research tools
  • Someone who takes ownership and needs minimal hand-holding – our previous agency required too much direction and we're looking for someone who brings ideas, and isn’t just someone who wants to follow a checklist.
  • Comfortable working directly with a founder on a near-daily basis – so this includes having strong written communication in English
  • Bonus: experience with Walmart, TikTok Shop, or other marketplace platforms
  • Bonus: experience in kitchen, home goods, or sustainability categories

Hours & Compensation The role will start as a project-based assignment, and we are open to moving to a retainer structure (10–25 hours per week) as the engagement matures. Performance bonuses can be discussed once we hit defined revenue and metric thresholds.
