Requirements

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer issues and complaints with efficiency and empathy Provide accurate information about reservations, policies, and services Assist hosts with listing management and guest communication Document and track customer interactions and issues in our CRM system Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality service Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information
