AI Content Producer / AI Media Creator Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Location: Remote About the Role: Spectra Management is seeking a highly skilled and creative AI Content Producer / AI Media Creator to join our internal team. This role is ideal for an AI-native creator with strong experience producing high-quality short-form content, AI-generated media, and brand storytelling across modern social platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to transform complex business topics into engaging, visually compelling content tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. This individual should be highly proficient with emerging AI content tools and have a strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and digital storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Create AI-generated video content, commercials, and branded social media campaigns Produce and edit short-form video content optimized for multiple social platforms Add captions, transitions, effects, motion graphics, and visual enhancements Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and storytelling frameworks Support executive branding and thought leadership initiatives Collaborate with the internal team on content strategy and campaign execution Manage content scheduling, publishing, and basic performance analytics Stay current with AI media trends, tools, and social content best practices Preferred Qualifications & Experience Strong experience with: Runway AI HeyGen CapCut Canva ChatGPT and AI-assisted content workflows Advanced short-form video editing skills Experience creating AI-generated media and cinematic social content Understanding of LinkedIn and B2B content strategies Strong visual storytelling and creative direction abilities Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Portfolio Requirement: Applicants must provide portfolio examples of short-form video content, AI-generated media, or social campaigns as part of the application process. We are specifically seeking candidates with top-tier experience who can contribute at a high level alongside our internal creative and marketing team.
